I am so proud to be a Baylor Lawyer! Going through law school was one of the most challenging, rewarding, best experiences of my life. As my Dad liked to tease, I crammed three years into five - It was fun too :) It taught me so much about never ever giving up, and I met so many kind and compassionate people from classmates to faculty and staff to alumni and to the Baylor community that have impacted my life for the better. In fact, after graduation, the law school hired me to assist the professors, which I continue to do today - I'll always be grateful they took a chance on me in many different ways.

In the Spring of 2014 I endured a serious health crisis and it opened my eyes to the reality that life is short, but sweet for certain :)

I decided during my recovery that I wanted to do all I could to make a difference and pay it forward. My dream was to leave a legacy that would help generations of future fellow Baylor Lawyers further their education and join the Baylor family!

In the Fall of 2015, my amazing mother and I started this scholarship! Now that it is endowed, my hope is to continue to grow the fund to allow for even more assistance for its recipients.
